Can I find out the status of my order?
Yes, you can check the status of your order via the “Orders made” button in your account.
If you placed your order without registering, you can check the status at any time by clicking on the tracking/order details link in the email we will send to inform you of the progress of your online purchase. You can also download your eco-receipt and your invoice or request a return, if you would like.
Can I exchange or return an order made in store with the iPod?
To exchange or return any item purchased via iPod (POSITX), you need to show the receipt given to you in the store at the moment of making your in-store order.
